Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using provided warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, scanners, etc.)
- Verify inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and storage areas
- Operate warehouse machinery safely and efficiently with provided training
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Follow strict safety protocols and company procedures
- Assist in inventory audits and cycle counts as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in a climate-controlled environment
- Basic math skills for inventory verification
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Willingness to operate provided warehouse equipment
- Reliable transportation to 456 Industrial Park Road, Saint Paul, MN
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with provided equipment assistance
