Responsibilities
- Package orders efficiently using provided equipment (automated taping machines, shrink wrappers, safety gear)
- Verify product accuracy against pick lists and shipping manifests
- Operate industrial packing stations with supplied tools and materials
- Maintain clean, organized workspace with provided sanitizing supplies
- Report inventory discrepancies using company-provided tablets
- Collaborate with shipping team using provided communication devices
- Adhere to safety protocols with supplied PPE (gloves, back braces, etc.)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs with provided ergonomic equipment
- Basic computer literacy with provided training tools
- Attention to detail with supplied verification scanners
- Stamina for 8-hour shifts with provided anti-fatigue mats
- Background check required with company-provided documentation
- Reliable transportation (parking provided on-site)
