Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and label orders using provided packing equipment and tools
- Operate warehouse machinery including pallet jacks and shrink-wrap machines (training provided)
- Inspect products for quality and completeness before packaging
- Maintain organized and clean workstation following OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets
- Utilize inventory management software for order tracking
- Report equipment maintenance needs to supervisor
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with provided ergonomic equipment
- Basic math skills for inventory verification
- Reliable transportation to industrial park location
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with provided lifting aids
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
