Responsibilities
- Pack and ship orders using provided equipment (pallet jacks, shrink wrappers, tape dispensers)
- Verify order accuracy against pick tickets and packing lists
- Operate warehouse machinery including conveyor systems and forklifts (after training)
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and inventory areas
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with shipping and receiving teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with provided support equipment
- Basic math skills for inventory verification
- Willingness to operate provided warehouse machinery after training
- Attention to detail with order accuracy requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with provided equipment assistance
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- No prior experience required - full training provided
