Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Accurately inventory and organize stock in climate-controlled environments
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with strict safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain seamless workflow
- Adhere to OSHA standards and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace
- Process inbound shipments and verify documentation against purchase orders
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Valid driver's license preferred (equipment operation training provided)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
