Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and prepare orders using provided packing equipment
- Operate industrial scanners and labeling systems
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock verification
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets

- Report equipment malfunctions to maintenance team promptly

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer literacy with ability to learn scanning systems
- Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods with provided supportive footwear
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with provided lifting equipment
- Valid government-issued ID for equipment certification
- Reliable transportation to our Phoenix facility
