Responsibilities
- Pack and prepare orders for shipment using provided equipment (conveyor belts, pallet jacks, wrapping machines)
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy before packaging
- Maintain organized and clean workstations following safety protocols
- Operate warehouse equipment efficiently to meet daily targets
- Collaborate with team members to optimize packing processes
- Track inventory and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to company standards for labeling and documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (8+ hours)
- Basic math skills for inventory counting
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to operate provided mechanical equipment with training
- Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment
