Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and prepare orders using company-provided equipment
- Inspect items for quality and quantity before packaging
- Operate packing machinery (conveyors, sealers, labelers) provided by the company
- Maintain organized workstations and follow safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Document packing activities and report discrepancies
- Assist with inventory management and warehouse organization
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy orientation
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to our Fort Wayne facility
- Positive attitude and team collaboration skills
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
