Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and ship orders using provided equipment including automated tape dispensers, label printers, and pallet jacks
- Inspect products for quality and verify order specifications before packing
- Maintain organized workstations using provided shelving and inventory systems
- Operate packing machinery and material handling equipment with proper training
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety concerns to supervisors
- Follow company protocols for inventory control and documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred
- Ability to operate provided equipment after training
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Commitment to safety protocols and equipment maintenance
