Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and label customer orders using provided equipment (scanners, sealers, conveyors)
- Operate warehouse machinery safely and efficiently
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic scanning protocols
- Inspect products for quality compliance before packaging
- Collaborate with shipping team to ensure timely order dispatch
- Adhere to OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols
- Participate in monthly inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods (8+ hours)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with proper equipment
- Pass background check and pre-employment physical
- Valid forklift certification a plus
