Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperature (-10°F to 40°F) in refrigerated/freezer zones
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move perishable goods
- Inspect and record equipment status using digital monitoring systems
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient inventory rotation
- Perform daily sanitation and facility maintenance tasks
Qualifications
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays during peak seasons
