Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and label products using company-provided equipment (gloves, scanners, protective gear)
- Verify order details against packing slips to ensure precision
- Operate automated packing machines and manual tools efficiently
- Maintain organized workstation and inventory documentation
- Collaborate with shipping team for timely dispatch coordination
- Follow safety protocols for equipment handling and warehouse operations
- Participate in regular inventory audits and quality checks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse/packing experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Must pass background check and pre-employment screening
