Responsibilities
- Pack, seal, and label merchandise for shipment according to company standards and customer orders.
- Utilize provided packing equipment (tumblers, scanners, and shelving) to ensure efficient processing.
- Perform regular quality checks to verify SKU accuracy and product condition.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Load goods onto pallets, skids, or shipping containers for transport.
- Follow safety protocols and operational procedures strictly.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily shipping quotas.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with barcode scanners is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Reliable transportation and a history of punctual attendance.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- No prior experience required—we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
