Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and ship customer orders using provided equipment (conveyor belts, shrink wrappers, box sealers)
- Verify order contents against packing slips and maintain inventory accuracy
- Operate warehouse machinery safely and efficiently (training provided)
- Label packages correctly and prepare for shipment with proper documentation
- Maintain a clean, organized packing station and follow safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic math skills for inventory verification
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Reliable transportation to our Harbor Drive facility
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn equipment operations
