Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with precision using handheld scanners and packing equipment
- Inspect products for quality and completeness before shipment
- Operate inventory management systems to track stock levels
- Maintain organized and clean workstations following safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Report inventory discrepancies to warehouse supervisors
- Assist with receiving and sorting incoming shipments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (8+ hours)
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with proper technique
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred
