Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and label orders according to specifications using automated packing systems
- Conduct quality checks on products before packaging to ensure customer satisfaction
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, scanners) safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized inventory zones and participate in cycle counts
- Collaborate with shipping team to meet daily fulfillment targets
- Document packing activities in inventory management systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 6-8 hour shifts
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and inventory tracking
- Strong attention to detail with error-prevention mindset
- Flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, or weekends (self-scheduling available)
- Valid government-issued ID and right to work in the US
- Warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred but not required
