Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and label customer orders according to specifications
- Operate packing equipment and maintain clean, organized workstations
- Perform quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product safety
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets
- Report inventory discrepancies to warehouse supervisor
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy-focused mindset
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Reliable transportation to our Stockton facility
- Flexible availability during daytime hours (Monday-Friday)
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a team environment
