Responsibilities
- Pack items securely using appropriate packing materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Verify order accuracy by carefully reviewing pick lists and product descriptions against physical inventory.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory status.
- Ensure workstations remain clean, organized, and safe at all times, adhering to strict safety protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with team leads and other departments to meet daily productivity goals.
- Load goods onto delivery vehicles efficiently and safely.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, order fulfillment, or a related field is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Familiarity with barcode scanners and basic computer navigation is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
