Responsibilities
- Pack orders accurately and efficiently according to company standards and customer specifications.
- Verify product counts and ensure all items are properly labeled and packaged for shipment.
- Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory and update order status in real-time.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals and quality targets.
- Assist with inventory audits and stock rotation as required.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for accurate counting.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Stockton facility.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
