Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment in compliance with OSHA standards
- Load/unload trucks and organize inventory with precision in fast-paced environments
- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and housekeeping standards
- Support warehouse operations during peak demand periods with overtime flexibility
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year experience operating sit-down/stand-up forklifts
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness abilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends for overtime shifts
- Excellent communication skills in English (bilingual Spanish a plus)
