Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and prepare customer orders for shipment
- Inspect products for quality and completeness before packaging
- Operate packing equipment and maintain organized workstations
- Scan and label packages according to shipping requirements
- Collaborate with shipping team to meet daily targets
- Participate in inventory counts and stock rotation
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
- Basic computer proficiency for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
