Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, scanners) safely and efficiently
- Inspect products for quality and completeness before packaging
- Maintain organized inventory counts and stock rotation
- Collaborate with shipping team for timely dispatch
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company protocols
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or packing experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and barcode scanner experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
