Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders efficiently using RF scanners and voice-picking technology
- Verify inventory accuracy through systematic cycle counts and quality checks
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain clean, organized work areas to meet OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Document inventory discrepancies and report maintenance needs promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse systems
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid driver's license for equipment operation training
- Pass pre-employment background and drug screen
