As an Order Packer, you will be the final link in our supply chain, ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and value precision.
Responsibilities
- Receive, verify, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Pick and pack customer orders according to specific guidelines and weight limits.
- Label packages correctly and prepare them for timely shipping.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and handheld scanners, safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Assist in inventory control by updating stock counts and reporting discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the shipping team to ensure outbound efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management software.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
- Valid driver's license (for local transport if required).
