Responsibilities
- Accurately pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment according to specifications
- Operate packing equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic scanning and documentation
- Inspect products for quality and resolve packing discrepancies
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and warehouse procedures
- Assist with receiving and sorting incoming shipments as needed
Qualifications
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with scanning devices
- Reliable transportation to our Saint Paul facility
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
