Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for timely shipment.
- Inspect products for quality assurance and identify any damages before packing.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Verify shipping labels and documentation to ensure total accuracy.
- Collaborate with the shipping team to meet daily volume targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to read and interpret labels.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not required.
- Must be willing to work flexible shifts, including overtime.
