Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders based on packing slips and pick lists.
- Inspect merchandise for damage and ensure quality standards are met before shipping.
- Label packages correctly and prepare them for shipping carriers.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged stock to the warehouse supervisor.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
