Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload refrigerated trucks and organize products in temperature-controlled environments
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move inventory efficiently
- Monitor and maintain optimal cold storage temperatures (32°F-40°F)
- Conduct quality control inspections and report equipment malfunctions
- Follow strict safety protocols and HACCP standards
- Assist with inventory management using WMS systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or cold storage experience required
- Ability to work in 32°F-40°F environments for extended periods
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver's license preferred
