Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment using standard warehouse equipment.
- Verify product accuracy against packing slips to ensure 100% order fulfillment.
- Label, barcode, and organize packages according to shipping guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Operate handheld scanners and basic warehouse machinery safely and correctly.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock organization as directed by supervisors.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; full training provided.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive physical tasks.
- Basic math skills for scanning and inventory verification.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and work in various weather conditions (loading docks).
