Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specific specifications and priorities.
- Inspect products for defects and ensure quality standards are met before shipment.
- Label packages correctly and attach shipping documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Operate standard warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) safely.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills to follow packing lists.
- Experience in a warehouse or retail environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
