Responsibilities
- Retrieve customer orders from the pick rack using the PDA scanner and pick lists.
- Verify item quantities and condition against packing slips to ensure accuracy.
- Package items securely using appropriate wrapping materials and labeling systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
- Inspect products for defects or damages before packing.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, safely when required.
- Assist in inventory audits and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or order fulfillment is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
