Responsibilities
- Efficiently load and unload freight from trucks using manual equipment and pallet jacks
- Verify shipment accuracy and document inventory with scanning systems
- Maintain organized warehouse storage areas and safety protocols
- Operate material handling equipment after completing certification training
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Uphold 5S standards for workplace organization and safety
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience requiredâcomprehensive training provided
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Strong work ethic and punctuality essential
