Responsibilities
- Pack Orders: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders according to strict quality and safety standards.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records by ensuring stock levels are correct and organized.
- Quality Control: Inspect packages for damage and ensure all labeling and documentation are accurate.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment as required.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Organization: Keep the packing station and aisles clean, organized, and free of clutter to maximize efficiency.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or retail stocking role is preferred but not required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling products and paperwork.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as business needs arise.
- Equipment Certification: Forklift certification is a plus but training can be provided.
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Communication: Basic verbal communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
