Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Efficiently select and prepare customer orders with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate handheld scanners, pallet jacks, and forklifts (training provided upon qualification).
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and ensure accurate inventory records are maintained.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively within a team to meet daily performance targets and deadlines.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet customer expectations.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to scan barcodes quickly.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
