Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment according to customer orders and company safety standards.
- Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to ensure 100% order accuracy.
- Inspect all outgoing packages for damage, proper labeling, and correct weight.
- Collaborate with team leads to maintain high workflow efficiency and productivity targets.
- Perform regular quality control checks on products prior to packaging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in inventory cycle counts and stock rotation as directed by management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse or retail experience is a plus but not required; we provide training.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with scanning technology.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if necessary.
