Responsibilities
- Pack customer orders efficiently and accurately using provided equipment and materials.
- Inspect items for damage and ensure all packaging meets quality standards.
- Label packages correctly with shipping information and barcodes.
- Organize the warehouse workspace to maintain a safe and efficient flow of operations.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse machinery safely and responsibly.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Perform regular inventory checks and assist with stock replenishment.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Mesa facility.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends if required.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
