Responsibilities
- Pick and pack items accurately based on customer orders.
- Inspect products for quality and defects before packing.
- Label packages correctly and ensure they are ready for shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse workspace.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Follow strict safety protocols and guidelines.
- Collaborate with the shipping team to meet daily quotas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
