Responsibilities
- Efficiently pack items into boxes, ensuring proper protection and labeling according to safety standards.
- Verify order accuracy by cross-referencing packing slips and picking lists.
- Operate standard warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and handheld scanners, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily and weekly productivity goals.
- Inspect goods for damage and report any discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or packing experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
