Responsibilities
- Pack and Prepare Orders: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure packaging meets company standards to prevent damage during transit.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts and organizing stock areas.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and warehouse protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Documentation: Accurately label packages and complete necessary shipping paperwork.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma: or equivalent.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and order integrity.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable work history is required.
- Basic Math: Ability to read labels, measure, and perform basic calculations.
- Teamwork: Willingness to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team setting.
