Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight by hand or forklift safely and efficiently to ensure timely delivery.
- Organize stock in the warehouse to ensure easy access and maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Perform regular inventory counts and manage stock rotation (FIFO) to minimize waste.
- Package and label items accurately for shipping and distribution.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Operate warehouse machinery (training provided for certified operators).
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning labels and operating warehouse software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in counting and organizing inventory.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not strictly required for this entry-level position.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
