As an Order Packer, you play a critical role in our supply chain, ensuring customer satisfaction by accurately preparing and labeling shipments.
Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise according to customer orders with high accuracy.
- Verify product counts and ensure proper packaging materials are used.
- Label packages accurately for shipping and distribution.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the shipping team to meet daily volume targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanners is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable transportation to the Reno, NV location.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
