Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment according to strict company guidelines and customer specifications.
- Verify product labels and ensure packaging is secure, labeled correctly, and free from damage.
- Inspect incoming inventory for quality control and report any discrepancies or damaged goods immediately.
- Collaborate with the picking team and inventory control to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs) while operating warehouse equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills to follow safety and operational instructions.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime as required.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure 100% accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Reliable transportation and proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
