As an Order Packer, you will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction by accurately preparing orders for shipment. We value accuracy and efficiency, and we provide on-the-job training to help you succeed.
Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack products according to customer orders and picking tickets.
- Inspect items for damage and ensure packaging meets quality standards.
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Label, scan, and verify shipments using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Assist in inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
