Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts.
- Verify incoming and outgoing inventory against bills of lading and shipping manifests.
- Ensure all goods are properly packaged, labeled, and secured for safe transport.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in strict compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with the shift supervisor to meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) for scanning and tracking shipments.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills to follow labels and safety instructions.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; a strong work ethic is the primary requirement.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
