Responsibilities
- Efficiently pack products into boxes, crates, and cartons ensuring proper weight distribution and safety.
- Verify order accuracy against pick lists using barcode scanners and handheld devices.
- Label packages accurately with shipping information and destination details.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Assist in inventory control and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and perform manual labor.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
