Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack: Accurately select items from the warehouse shelves and prepare them for shipment according to customer orders.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for any defects or damages before packing to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock levels and ensure the correct labeling of packages.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse machinery after receiving basic training.
- Housekeeping: Keep the packing station and aisles clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Experience: No prior experience required; we train all new hires.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred, but not mandatory.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Communication: Basic verbal communication skills to interact with supervisors and team members.
- Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as needed.
