Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down forklifts to move, load, and unload pallets of goods efficiently
- Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company operational procedures
- Collaborate with night crew to optimize workflow and meet deadlines
- Stack and organize materials in designated storage areas
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation tasks
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification required (certification test available on-site)
- Minimum 1 year experience operating sit-down forklifts in warehouse setting
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Availability to work Monday-Friday overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Reliable transportation and clean background check
