Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to size, weight, and shipping specifications.
- Verify product quantities and ensure all items are in perfect condition before packing.
- Label packages correctly and prepare them for timely shipment.
- Organize warehouse aisles and maintain a clean, safe, and clutter-free work environment.
- Operate handheld scanners and inventory management software to track stock levels.
- Assist in loading trucks and maintaining shipping dock organization.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory counts and order verification.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled warehouse environment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
