Responsibilities
- Pack products accurately and efficiently according to customer orders.
- Inspect items for damage and ensure packaging quality standards are met.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory.
- Utilize hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts to move materials safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety compliance.
- Label packages correctly and prepare them for shipping.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills for labels and pick lists.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
