- Pick and pack orders with precision using warehouse management systems
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packaging
- Operate packaging equipment and maintain clean workstations
- Label packages accurately and prepare for shipping
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Report inventory discrepancies to warehouse supervisor
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
